In the Saratov region detained drugs with a narcotic substance
Employees of the Saratov customs and Border Department of the FSB of Russia in the Saratov and Samara regions foiled an attempt of illegal import to the territory of the Russian Federation from the Republic of Kazakhstan a citizen of Poland of medicines, in the amount of 15 tablets containing narcotic substance of codeine, which lacked the necessary permits.
According to the results of the activities conducted jointly by border guards and customs officers criminal case on an administrative offence, responsibility for which is stipulated in the article 16.3 of the administrative code (violation of the prohibitions and (or) restrictions on import of goods into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union or the Russian Federation).
In connection with this fact we remind you that when moving by physical persons through the state border of Russia of drugs, containing in its composition of strong or narcotic substances, is only possible if you have the appropriate permits.
