The chief of the Kemerovo customs answered questions from the Kuzbass

The chief of the Kemerovo customs, Andrey Poletayev met with Kuzbass in the office of the President of the Russian Federation. He held a personal reception by the citizens. The questions asked by the people of the region, dealt mainly with customs clearance and cross-border movement of goods for personal use.

One of the residents of Kemerovo were interested in the limitations associated with the shipment of goods international mail (IGOS) in the case of ordering products in the online store.

Customs chief Andrei Poletayev told about the work of postal operators and the requirements of the MPO. “International mail sent through the international postal exchange, must comply with the maximum weight, allowable investment limits and sizes specified in the Annex to the Rules of rendering of postal services”, – said Andrey.

Reception of citizens and legal entities in the Kemerovo customs is on an ongoing basis according to the schedule.
