Omsk customs to inform citizens and traders about how to contact customs

Omsk customs reports that in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) on the territory of the Russian Federation is temporarily restricted for the personal reception of citizens by administration of the Omsk customs and customs posts.

For government services, advice on customs matters and other issues within the competence of the customs authorities is recommended to apply in writing, either by sending appeals to the email address of the Department of documentation ensuring customs: oms_odo@stu.customs.ru.

We also inform that in the Omsk customs created a call center to receive complaints from participants in foreign economic activities (FEA) to ensure the timely informing of participants of foreign trade activities, as well as solving issues associated with the Commission of customs operations in respect of goods of the first necessity, food and medical supplies.
