Smolensk customs for four months 2020 to Supplement the budget of the country for 46.2 billion rubles
In the period of the limitations associated with the struggle for non-proliferation of novel coronavirus infection, Smolensk customs to ensure the smooth clearance of goods transported.
All customs posts operate in the normal mode (excluding weekends), with observance of necessary epidemic prevention measures.
From January to April 2020 Smolensk customs transferred to the Federal budget of 46.2 bn. The decrease compared to the same period last year amounted to 18.5 % due to a significant reduction in the volume of world trade in the context of the pandemic.
During this period, customs posts feature more than 55 thousand of goods declarations. Of them automatically was 6.2 thousand declarations for the exported goods and more than 34 thousand declarations for imported goods.
– There is an increase in the number of automatically registered and automatically released declarations, – said the head of customs Vladislav Easy.
Thus, the share of declarations was without the participation of inspectors has grown compared with the same period of 2019 for export with an 81.6% to 93.3%, import from 38.3% to 70% (an increase of more than 1.8 times).
The share is automatically issued electronic declarations submitted by traders to the low level of risk has also increased. For exported goods – from 63.4% to 81.4%. Imported – from 35.6% to 60.9% (growth in 1,7 times).
First of all this year without the participation of the inspector issued 12.8 thousand goods declarations, which certainly helps to reduce the time of clearance of goods and to reduce the costs of business and corruption risks.
