27 February, 2020 09:00 to 19:00 Southern customs Department at the city of Rostov-on-don, Beregovaya 21/2 D. will be held the action “On what complain?” to clarify the rights of participants of foreign economic activity on issues of mechanism for obtaining information on the reasons for the decision, committed actions (inaction), stipulated by article 265 of the Federal law from 03.08.2018 No. 289-FZ “On customs regulation in the Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” the possibility of appealing the decisions, actions (inaction) officials of the customs authorities, the handling of such complaints, as well as providing practical assistance in drafting the text of the complaint.
