On the Russian-Kazakhstan border, officers of the mobile group of Chelyabinsk Customs and the Border Department of the Federal Security Service of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region stopped a lorry with 22 tons of wheat flour. The food product was trying to be exported illegally from Russia to Kyrgyzstan: the carrier did not have a phytosanitary certificate

According to Denis Tsymbal, head of the service of customs control after release of goods of Chelyabinsk customs, the export of regulated products from the Russian Federation is possible only in the presence of phytosanitary certificate.
