More than 3,000 undeclared goods with signs of counterfeiting were found by customs officers at Roshchino airport from a passenger on a flight arriving from Tashkent. the 21-year-old resident of Tyumen chose the “green” corridor to pass through customs control, thus declaring that he had no goods subject to declaration

In the course of inspection of two boxes, the inspectors found 3,000 wet wipes. According to the passenger, he bought them for one of the pizzerias in the regional capital. In addition, the man brought with him 49 T-shirts with the logo of a famous foreign brand. Customs officers recognized the contents of the luggage as a commercial batch, and the goods with signs of counterfeiting were sent for examination

Only goods intended for personal use by individuals need not be declared. Obviously, neither 49 T-shirts nor an impressive batch of napkins are such. They must be declared in the “red” corridor of the customs control zone,” – said the head of the customs post of Roshchino Airport Andrey Benkovkiy
