On March 14, 2024, at 15:00, the Siberian Customs Directorate (SCD) will hold a round table with agricultural enterprises engaged in export operations.
The topic of the event will be issues arising in connection with the entry into force of the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from September 21, 2023 № 1538
The event will be chaired by Dmitry Kolykhanov, deputy head of the department – head of the federal customs revenue service of the STU.
The event will be held under the chairmanship of Dmitry Kolykhanov
STU experts will tell:
about the application of export customs duty rates by agricultural enterprises;
on the peculiarities of classification of goods of the agricultural sector in accordance with the EEU’s TN VED;
on the formation and control of export customs duties
on the formation and control of the customs value of agricultural goods exported from the Russian Federation;
on the filing of statistical forms of customs duties
about filing statistical forms to record the movement of goods to the EEU countries
Representatives of agricultural enterprises will have an opportunity to make presentations on their practices in the framework of foreign trade export transactions
The event will be held in the building of Altai Customs (47 Sizova Street, Barnaul). In addition, studios in Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Siberian electronic customs will be connected in the videoconference mode
