Perm custom electronic way of submission of statistical forms

In accordance with the Rules established by the government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2015 № 1329 “On the organization of statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union” in customs authorities of the Russian Federation served the statistical form of the account of movement of goods (statform).

To complete and submit statistical forms necessary on goods transported between the Russian Federation and the Republics of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyz Republic.

Statistical forms submitted to the customs authority electronically in the applicant’s electronic signature or on paper (in person or by registered mail). The use of electronic signatures significantly simplifies the registration, correction and speeds up the processing of statistical forms.

Perm customs reminds that for infringement of rules of submission of statistical forms provides for administrative liability under article 19.7.13 code of the Russian Federation about administrative offences, and shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of:

for officials – from 10 to 15 thousand roubles (repeated violation – 20 — 30 thousand roubles);

for legal entities – from 20 to 50 thousand roubles (in case of repeated violation – 50 — 100 thousand rubles).
