The law enforcement unit of the Perm customs has reviewed its performance in the first quarter of 2020.
In 2020 criminal proceedings for crimes in the field of customs have been initiated. In the same period of last year custom was initiated 3 criminal cases.
Changed the statistics on withdrawal of potent substances.
In the 1st quarter of 2020 Perm customs seized 44,669 gr. potent substances, while in the 1st quarter of 2019 they were seized 86,015 gr. Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances are not withdrawn.
Administrative offences became more. In the 1st quarter of 2020 was initiated 351 the case of administrative offences (AP), in the 1st quarter 2019 – 343. Of the total number of cases on legal entities accounted for 237 cases on AP, to physical persons – 43 cases, the individual entrepreneurs – 38 officials -33.
Increased the number of cases on AP filed under article 15.25 of the administrative code -95, 1 block 2019 filed 74 cases of AP.
Slightly decreased the number of cases on AP filed for Chapter 16 of the administrative code (violation of customs rules), so in the 1st quarter of 2020 was initiated 80 cases in the 1st quarter 2019 – 82. The decrease is due to the lack of Declaration of goods in the area of Perm customs.
The most common for the Perm customs remain offences relating to the untimely submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods (article 19.7.13 administrative code), violation of currency legislation (article 15.25 of the administrative code), the Declaration of goods (part 1 of article 16.2 Cao RF).
Offense subjects often were timber, alcoholic products, electronic household equipment, weapons, cultural values.
In the 1st quarter of 2020 Perm custom in cases of AP was made 290 decisions and punish them (in the 1st quarter 2019 – 307) in the amount of 25 million rubles (in the 1st quarter 2019 – of 184.8 million).
