Over a thousand tons of flowers have arrived in St. Petersburg since the beginning of the year

Freight vehicles with flowers from different parts of the world are arriving in the Northern Capital. Floral products pass customs control at Kotlinsky and Yuzhny customs posts of St. Petersburg customs.

At the beginning of the year 120 consignments of flower products with a total weight of 1,200 tons have been imported from Latvia by road

Roses, tulips, gerberas, carnations, chrysanthemums, lilies, orchids, ranunculus, gladiolus and other cut flowers for making bouquets arrived in St. Petersburg. Countries of origin are Ecuador, Kenya, Netherlands, Colombia, Italy and Israel

Officers of Kotlinsky and Yuzhny customs posts together with specialists of the North-West Department of Rosselkhoznadzor conduct customs and quarantine phytosanitary control of plant products without delays in minimal time
