6092 units of counterfeit products revealed the Chita customs in the 1st quarter of 2020 189 carried out activities aimed at identifying counterfeit goods.

Chita customs has opened 21 cases of administrative offences related to violation of rights to objects of intellectual property. For 18 of them, under article 4.10 of the administrative code “Illegal use of trademark” has entered into force decisions of the courts.
