Irkutsk customs today marks 339-anniversary history education

Irkutsk customs is one of the oldest Russian customs. Today, she notes 339-th anniversary from the moment of its historical formation. On this day, April 15, 1681, was published the Decree of the Tsar and Grand Prince Fedor Alekseevich Romanov on creation of the customs Outpost at the Irkutsk Ostrog.
