In the region of Khakas customs increased the number of violations of the procedure of submission of statistical forms

Khakas customs officers noted a significant increase in the number of violations of the procedure for the submission to customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods (statistical forms). If the entire 2019 Khakas customs has opened 48 cases of administrative offences under article 19.7.13 code of the Russian Federation about administrative offences (failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods), then for two months in 2020 – 25.

– In previous years most often violated deadlines for the submission of information, – said the head of the Khakassian customs Sergey Avdeev. In the same year, of the 25 cases on administrative offences, 19 were initiated on the facts of non-submission of statistical forms. In other words, entrepreneurs and organisations that trade with the countries of the Eurasian economic Union, forget or do not consider it necessary to submit statistical forms of the account of movement of goods.

Recall that the submission of statistical forms is the responsibility of the parties in mutual trade with the countries of the Eurasian economic Union. Failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms, and the submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information, shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount from 10 thousand to 15 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles. When re-committing an administrative offense for officials in the amount from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.
