The number of declarations for essential goods and priority imports in Vladivostok CED increased by almost a third in 2023

The Vladivostok e-declaration center issued  12,200 declarations  for essential goods and priority imports in 2023. This is 27% more than in 2022.

The total weight of such goods amounted to 147 thousand tons. These are medical goods, medicines and equipment, food and sanitary goods, construction materials, and electronics.

In addition, in 2023, the Vladivostok Electronic Declaration Center set another record by issuing 503.9 thousand declarations. The value of the previous year has been exceeded by 11.5%

Alexei Belenev, acting head of the Vladivostok customs post (electronic declaration center) of the Vladivostok customs, said that automation of declaration processing helps to cope with the growing declaration array. The number of declarations issued in automatic mode increased by 15% and amounted to 164 thousand declarations

The share of declarations issued within 4 hours of registration increased from 83.3% to 86.5%. The main task of the Vladivostok Customs Electronic Declaration Center is to raise the share of such declarations up to 90%.
