Participants of the working meeting discussed issues of customs control in SEZ “Uzlovaya”

Tula Customs took part in a working meeting of residents of the special economic zone (SEZ) and industrial park (IP) “Uzlovaya” with the Development Corporation of the Tula Region. At the meeting they discussed the progress of projects realization, infrastructure construction and development of service zones for residents

First Deputy Head of Tula Customs Sergei Rogozhin informed about the processes of organization and customs control in the SEZ “Uzlovaya”. He paid special attention to the performance of customs operations at checkpoints, noting the advantages of equipping checkpoints with remote access control system with the ability to read license plates of vehicles

“From January 15, 2024, it is now possible to generate reports directly in APS “Personal Cabinet” or download them from a file using a template of the appropriate form. When submitting reports via the APS “Personal Cabinet”, SEZ residents can receive messages from the customs authority on the acceptance of reports for consideration and the results of its verification,” – drew the attention of representatives of regional enterprises Sergey Rogozhin

In the course of the working meeting, Uzlovaya SEZ residents made proposals to simplify some procedures taking into account changes in customs legislation and automation of control processes

General Director of the Regional Development Corporation, Investment Commissioner of the Government of the Tula region Pavel Tatarenko noted that meetings with residents are an important link in the joint teamwork, allowing to promptly solve the issues of project implementation and development of SEZ and Uzlovaya IP territories.
