Another company with a fictitious Director revealed the Birobidzhan customs

A resident of one of the regional centers of the Jewish Autonomous region was led by fictitious company, engaged in foreign trade. The Birobidzhan customs identified the fraud and brought criminal case.

The man agreed to the proposal of his friend to become the head of a legal entity on a grant basis. However, he was aware, that is a figurehead and actually running the company was not going, – said the Deputy head of the Birobidzhan customs Taras Kuzmenko. – Now the citizen is waiting for criminal liability.

In relation to men a criminal case under part 1 of article 173.2 of the criminal code – a provision of a document certifying the identity or issuance of a proxy, if these actions are committed for inclusion in the unified state register of legal entities information about figurehead. The punishment may be a fine of up to 300 thousand roubles or obligatory works till 240 o’clock or corrective works for the term up to two years. Over the last two years of the Birobidzhan customs has opened two such criminal cases.
