30 years ago in the South of Pskov region commenced service of the Russian customs

– Early in “the biography of the customs in the city on Lovat” is may 1990, when in Velikie Luki in the South of Pskov region started the Ombudsman of the Pskov customs post of the Leningrad customs Yuri Skobelkin. A year later, in 1991, with the formation of the Pskov customs staff Velikoluksky customs officers increased to three people. By order of SCC of Russia of July 8, 1992, a № 246 “About the creation of the Velikoluksky customs and redistribution of the areas of Pskov, Pytalovo and Sebezh customs” created Velikoluksky customs, the first head of which was Yuri Afonnikov, who already had experience in the Customs Committee of the USSR. In 2009, the order of the FCS of Russia from April 22, 2009 of No. 724 “On the reorganization of Velikiye Luki, and Sebezh customs” customs posts Velikoluksky customs “reassigned” Sebezhsky customs.
