In the current epidemiological situation in the Altai customs recommends to use electronic service of filling in statistical forms of the account of movement of goods in trade with EAEU countries
Altai customs office for four months 2020 was 7681 statistical form of the account of movement of goods (statistical forms), of which 5987 of statistical forms (78% of the total) submitted to customs authorities using the electronic digital signature (EDS) through the “Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign economic activity, which is 2.1 times more compared to the same period of 2019. For violation of the provision of statistical forms from the beginning of the year opened 654 cases on administrative offenses under article 19.7.13 of the Russian code of administrative offences (Cao), the sum of imposed fines amounted to 1 million 530 thousand rubles.
Altai customs reminds that statfarm must be submitted to the customs authority not later than the eighth working day of the month following the month of shipment (export) or receipt of goods (at import). Statform may be submitted on paper medium and in the form of electronic document certified by electronic signature.
For failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms or the submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information, subject to administrative liability.
In accordance with article 19.7.13 of the administrative code (part 1) failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods or the submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information, shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount from 10 to 15 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 20 to 50 thousand rubles.
For repeated violation of the requirements of part 1 of article 19.7.13 Cao (part 2) the amount of the fine increases significantly and is on officials from 20 to 30 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 50 to 100 thousand rubles.

The advantage of applying statistical forms electronically is the possibility of registration and cancellation of the statistical forms without the participation of the customs authority.
