On the question of validation of the application information about the classification code in accordance with the FEACN of the cu in relation to traders low-risk assessed 490,3 million; in respect of AEO – 78 million.

The largest number of cases of AP in relation to traders low-risk opened under article 16.2 of the administrative code – failure to declare or false Declaration of goods (82% of the total number of excited in relation to this category of persons cases of AP).
