In 2019, departments of customs control after release of goods on the basis of the results of the application of the system of risk management held 1079 verification activities, in which the budget was recovered about 2 billion roubles (taking into account amounts on checks of previous periods). In relation to check the persons initiated, 1.4 thousand cases on administrative offenses and criminal cases 22.

The most frequently revealed violations related to a statement of false information on the customs value and classification of the declared goods.

In 2019 on the issue of validation of the application of the customs value in respect of foreign trade participants with low-risk additionally charged amounts of customs payments, fines, imposed fines for the sum 503,8 million; in respect of AEO – 284 million.

On the question of validation of the application information about the classification code in accordance with the FEACN of the cu in relation to traders low-risk assessed 490,3 million; in respect of AEO – 78 million.

The largest number of cases of AP in relation to traders low-risk opened under article 16.2 of the administrative code – failure to declare or false Declaration of goods (82% of the total number of excited in relation to this category of persons cases of AP).

In respect of persons carrying out activity in customs Affairs, according to article 16.2 of the administrative code brought 46% of the cases under article 16.15 of the administrative code of Russia is 32%, according to article 16.23 of the code of administrative offences of the Russian Federation – 20%. In relation to AEOs proceedings were instituted under article 16.2, 16.12 and 16.15 of the administrative code.
