Krasnoyarsk customs: the filling of data – the key to successful auto-registration of e-transit Declaration

From October 2019 all customs posts of the Krasnoyarsk customs is included in the number of customs, for which the possibility of automatic registration of electronic transit declarations for goods.

Filing of transit declarations in electronic form allows to minimize the time costs of foreign economic activity participants. If the customs inspector with the registration of transit declarations up to one hour, then the automatic registration of such declarations takes just three minutes.

The electronic transit Declaration to the customs authorities can submit the customs carriers or authorized economic operators in case they carry out the transportation of goods by rail or by road. Thus for the successful implementation of the automatic check of these declarations it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of their completion in accordance with the Decision of the Customs Union Commission of 18.06.2010 No. 289 “On the form and procedure for filling the transit Declaration” and also provide the possibility of comparing information stated in the transit of goods Declaration and documents attached to it.
