Ten tons of undeclared auto parts detained Nakhodka customs

10 tons auto parts did not declare firm from Vladivostok when imported to Russia. Nakhodkinskaya customs found infringement. The goods detained.

In Vladivostok address of the company in the Vostochny port from China was imported container in which, according to submitted to the customs Declaration, there were about 26 tons of various goods for cars, filters, lights, pads for brakes, bumpers, batteries, and more. During the inspection the customs officers found in the container 10 tons of auto parts not specified in the Declaration.

In respect of the company, the Vladivostok Nakhodka customs has opened a case on an administrative offense under part 1 of article 16.2 of the administrative code (failure to declare), which provides for a fine and possible confiscation of goods.
