Representatives of the North took part in the meeting of the Public Council for the protection of the rights of subjects of entrepreneurial activity and to counter corruption in the North-Western transport Prosecutor’s office

24 Dec 2019 held a meeting of the Public Council for the protection of the rights of subjects of entrepreneurial activities and on combating corruption (Public Council) in the North-Western transport Prosecutor’s office.

The event was attended by officials of the North-Western customs administration, chief of staff to the Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in St. Petersburg, Commissioner for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in the Leningrad region, the participants of foreign trade activities, representatives of public organizations and other members of the Public Council.

In the agenda of the meeting included topical issues concerning the status of legality when carrying out a state regulatory bodies, offshore activities in relation to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs.

During the work of the Public Council heard reports and speeches of participants of foreign economic activity on current issues in the application of the law of the Eurasian economic Union and the Russian Federation legislation on customs regulation.

Special attention participants of Social Council devoted to the results of work of customs authorities of the Northwest region in compliance with the requirements of legislation when performing customs operations related to customs Declaration and release of goods the classification of goods according to the FEACN of the cu, the calculation and collection of customs payments, customs value control, the application of measures of customs-tariff and not tariff regulation, observance of prohibitions and restrictions, as well as in the implementation of customs control after release of goods.
