The owner of the future international network of dental clinics explained that due to the difference in exchange rates and the imposed economic restrictions, most of the equipment and consumables were purchased in his home country, and some were ordered from Russian online stores. The cost of “necessary for the first time” exceeds a quarter of a million rubles. the 30-year-old doctor also admitted that he did not know the procedure for exporting goods not for personal use outside the EAEU

 – According to the current legislation, passengers on international air flights in accompanied luggage can move only goods for personal use. Samples for exhibitions, handouts, equipment, consumables and other goods transported for profit are subject to mandatory declaration with payment of customs duties and fees, – explained Anatoly Timoshchenkov, Head of Pulkovo Customs
