On February 1, Central Electronic Customs held a meeting on the results of the year 2023, which was attended by the head of the Central Customs Administration Sergey Rybkin, Moscow-Smolensk transport prosecutor Sergey Portyanov.

The meeting summarized the results of the year in the main areas of activity, voiced problematic issues that deserve special attention, defined the tasks for 2024

For the past year in the region of the customs carried out foreign economic activity about 16 thousand participants of foreign economic activity.

More than 456 thousand declarations for goods were issued, of which almost 40% of declarations passed the algorithm of auto release.

More than 545 billion rubles were transferred to the federal budget, which is 24% higher than in 2022. The target was exceeded by 12.7%. The average daily transfer of funds amounted to about 2.2 billion rubles

Law enforcement initiated 6 criminal cases and 1,085 cases of administrative offenses, imposed fines totaling 62 million rubles. 74% of initiated cases on administrative offenses fall under Articles 16.2 and 16.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

At the end of the meeting, the head of the Department Sergey Rybkin thanked the staff of the customs for productive work and wished the realization of the plans
