Chita customs in relation to the citizen of Russia opened 2 cases on administrative offences under part 1 of article 16.2 (failure to Declare or false Declaration of goods) and article 16.3 of the administrative code of Russia (violation of the prohibitions and (or) restrictions on import of goods into the customs territory of the EAEU or to the Russian Federation and (or) export of goods from the customs territory of the EAEU or from Russia). The samovar is withdrawn.

Sanctions of part 1 of article 16.2 shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens of up to 2 times the value of the goods, with their confiscation or without.

Sanctions article 16.3 shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens of up to 2,500 with confiscation of goods.
