Pskov customs officers handed over 640 liters of universal foam detergent and 70 kilograms of laundry detergent that had been converted to federal property to the Bolgatovsky boarding home in Bolgatovo, a state-financed social service institution in the Pskov region.

Officers of the customs post of the Ubilinka IACP, when carrying out control measures in respect of goods exported from Russia, revealed an inaccurate declaration. The weight of the transported detergent did not correspond to the weight declared in the shipping documents and exceeded the specified weight by 677 kilograms

The undeclared laundry detergent was found in the driver’s cabin of a cargo vehicle traveling to Estonia

In both cases, customs officers seized the cargo. They carried out verification measures. Customs officers submitted the necessary documentation to the judicial authorities, and the court turned the goods into federal property

Pskov Customs collected a full package of documents confirming the legality of the gratuitous transfer and use of these detergents. The laundry detergent and foam detergent have quality and safety certificates and are suitable for use in social institutions.
