Webinar FCS of Russia: “the Questions of creation of free warehouses on the territory of the Russian Federation”

1 July 2019 on the territory of the Russian Federation entered into force the provisions of the Federal law “On customs regulation in the Russian Federation and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation” No. 289-FZ. Federal law No. 289-FZ, Customs code of the EEU identified the possibility of establishing a free warehouse, where can be applied the customs procedure of free warehouse.

During the webinar, the experts of the FCS of Russia will tell about the conditions of inclusion of legal persons in the Register of owners of free warehouses, order of application on inclusion in the Register of the nature and conditions of the customs procedure of free warehouse.
