Webinar FCS of Russia: current issues of service usage “Currency control”
June 25, 2020 at 11:00 live on the page of the FCS of Russia in Facebook will be hosting a webinar on the topic: “Topical issues of implementation and use of information service “Exchange controls” Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign economic activity”.
During the webinar, the experts of the FCS of Russia will tell about opportunities of service, which users can obtain information contributing to reduction of terms of customs operations and allows to minimize the interaction with the customs authorities, including:
§ information on the registered customs authorities of the goods declarations (to the FCS of Russia in the authorized banks in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 28.12.2012 No. 1459);
§ data available in information resources of customs bodies information about unique contracts (the transaction);
§ information on the risks of violation of accounting and reporting on currency operations and on violations of currency legislation;
§ information about involvement of the participant of foreign trade activities to administrative liability under article 15.25 of the administrative code;
§ information held in relation to the traders and inspection on observance of the currency legislation of the Russian Federation and acts of bodies of currency regulation.
