Webinar FCS: judicial resolution of customs disputes

During the webinar, the experts of the FCS of Russia will consider the application and will tell about prospects of development of the procedure for appealing against decisions, actions (inaction) of customs bodies established by Chapter 51 of the Federal law from 03.08.2018 No. 289-FZ “On customs regulation in the Russian Federation” and article 263 of the Federal law providing for the right of customs bodies on carrying out departmental control of decisions, actions (omissions) of lower customs bodies.
