Vyborg customs took part in special tactical exercises on the prevention of introduction and spread of dangerous viral infections
Officials of the departments who are serving at checkpoints, one of the first contact with citizens crossing the state border. In the current environment the spread of dangerous human viruses, the employees of border services are at risk. In order to improve communication with colleagues from other state regulatory bodies at the customs post MAPP Svetogorsk to Vyborg customs on 26 February 2020 were interagency exercises associated with carrying out complex anti-epidemic measures while identifying of a patient with a viral infection, does not exclude coronavirus.
Preventive actions organized by the territorial Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Leningrad region in the Vyborg and Kingisepp districts. Participation in events attended, including officials of the Vyborg customs, the representatives of the Border Department of the FSB of Russia in the Leningrad region, the ambulance Department GBUZ LO “on the Vyborg hospital” the representatives of the branch FBUZ “Center of hygiene and epidemiology in Leningrad region”.
The purpose of the exercise is to work out the order of interaction in the localization and sequence of a set of primary operational anti-epidemic measures in case of identification of a patient with a dangerous infection order schemes alert services involved in the provision of primary antiepidemic measures in conditions of limited time, order screening, isolation and hospitalization.
In accordance with the exercise plan, an individual potentially infected with coronavirus infection, identified at the checkpoint, the inspectors of Rospotrebnadzor and escorted to the sanitary Parking lot. There are border guards and customs officers carried out passport and customs control. Further, taking the necessary precautions, the sick were hospitalized. After all the procedures hazmat suits destroyed, the premises disinfected.
During the teaching of the updated scheme of interagency alerts in case of identification of persons with signs of dangerous infectious viruses, defined the volume of the necessary anti-epidemic measures at the point of crossing the border of the Russian Federation, assessed the readiness of all involved in the training of teaching services for the implementation of measures in case of identification of a patient with a dangerous infection. All the tasks performed, skills required worked.
