Officials of the customs post MAPP Gukovo, Rostov customs together with employees of the border guard Department of FSB of Russia across the Rostov region revealed the facts of not declaring goods subject to customs Declaration.

The car “UAZ Patriot” under control of the citizen of Russia arrived at the customs post MAPP Gukovo, Rostov customs on the part of Russia.

During a vehicle inspection using mobile inspection complexes were obtained x-ray image, which indicate that the vehicle is not declared properly product.

In the course of customs inspection officials of the post found in the cabin and the Luggage compartment of the vehicle 450 boxes of confectionery (chocolates, wafers, biscuits).

On the same day as a result of customs controls in the car brand “Volkswagen Polo” was discovered 200 boxes with confectionery, which the citizen of Russia intends to export without customs Declaration in the territory of Ukraine.

The total weight of identified undeclared confectionery products amounted to more than 325 kg.

The acting head of the customs office Sergey Kotov explained: “the Amount of goods that the citizens were going to move across the customs border of the Eurasian economic Union, indicate that they do not apply to goods for personal use. Against Russian citizens prosecuted on administrative offenses under part 1 of article 16.2 of the Russian Federation on the facts of not declaring goods subject to customs Declaration”.
