The Tyumen customs has stopped the export of tobacco products bisecting

The export of 605 kilograms besanceney tobacco products was stopped by officers of the Tyumen customs together with employees of the Border guard Department of FSB of Russia on Kurgan and Tyumen oblasts in the Russian-Kazakh border.

More than 22 thousand packs of cigarettes of brands: “Maxim”, “Crown”, “FEST”, “CREDO”, etc. were sent from Ekaterinburg to Kazakhstan. Violators had plans to sell goods in Petropavlovsk. The sender and the recipient of the goods turned out to be branches of known transport and logistics company. Estimated value of the seized tobacco products more than 2 million rubles.

Against violators of specialists of Rospotrebnadzor initiated administrative proceedings under part 4 of article 15.12. Of the administrative code of Russia, which provides for a maximum penalty of a fine of up to 300 thousand roubles with confiscation of the goods.

“Only in 2020 Tyumen customs seized from illegal turnover of more than 135 thousand units of tobacco products not marked special tax stamps, worth more than 30 million rubles”, – said acting Deputy chief of customs Sergey Borovik.

Implementation besanceney products undermines the performance of conscientious entrepreneurs and represents a threat to society as a whole.
