The obligation to provide statistical forms of the account of the goods in the exercise of mutual trade with the countries of the EEU

The North Ossetian customs informs that in accordance with the Government decree 07.12.2015 № 1329 “On the organization of statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with States-members of the Eurasian economic Union,” the Russian person who concluded the transaction or on behalf (on behalf) of which the deal was concluded, under which goods imported into the Russian Federation from the territories of member States of the Eurasian economic Union, or exported from the Russian Federation on the territory of the member States of the Eurasian economic Union shall timely and free of charge to submit to customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods, containing reliable information.

The statistical form of the account of movement of goods is represented in customs body in the region of the applicant consists on the account in tax body in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, no later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which the goods are shipped from the warehouse or receiving items at the warehouse.

The statistical form is filled in accordance with the Rules (https://edata.customs.ru/FtsPersonalCabinetHelp/Home/Help/?fName=MU-Pravila_SF.html&fDir=Stat) using software available on the official Internet site of the FCS of Russia (www.customs.ru), in the section “Representation of statistical forms” through the “Personal Cabinet”.

The customs authorities shall exercise control over the presentation of statistical forms, timeliness and accuracy of the information contained therein.

In accordance with article 19.7.13 of the administrative code of Russia, the failure to submit or late submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods to the customs authority, or the submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods containing inaccurate information, shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on officials in the amount from ten thousand to fifteen thousand roubles; on juridical persons – from twenty thousand to fifty thousand roubles. Re-commit an administrative punishable by an administrative fine on officials in the amount from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities – from fifty thousand to hundred thousand roubles.
