In the first quarter of 2020 the number of administrative violations by the Kursk and Orlov traders by the custom of the statistical forms of the account of movement of goods compared to the same period last year decreased by 60.5%.
In January-March 2020 the Kursk and Orlov parties mutual trade with counterparties from the countries of the Eurasian economic Union (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan) to the office of the 3405 was submitted statistical forms, 77% of them filed in electronic form with the use of a reinforced qualified electronic signature (EP). On the facts of violations of the order and deadlines for submission of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods, customs compiled 66 protocols of administrative offences under article 19.7.13 administrative code, 60.5% lower compared to the first quarter of 2019.
Kursk customs reminds that statfarm is submitted to the customs authority not later than the 8th working day of the month following the month in which the shipment (receipt) of goods. However, the March 2020 period is counted not from 1 April, and since the end of the holidays declared by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 2 April 2020 № 239 “On measures on ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population on the territory of the Russian Federation in connection with the spread of novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19)”, that is, may 12. Accordingly, the deadlines for submission of statistical forms to the customs authorities for the March, April and transferred no later than may 21, 2020.
In order to reduce the risk of infection coronavirus infection customs recommends the use of an electronic service filling of forms for statistical reporting “Personal Cabinet of the participant of foreign trade activities” on the website of the FCS of Russia. The use of electronic signatures allows the participant to independently register stattera without providing a paper copy to the customs authority.
