The number of citizens in the Siberian customs Department increased by 40 percent
In 2019 in the Siberian customs office (STU) received 804 complaints of citizens that by 40.07% more than in 2018 (574 cases), including complaints – 55 (in the 2nd quarter 2018 – 42) applications – 747 (in 2018 532). From foreign citizens received 30 appeals.
Applicants actively used electronic channels for filing complaints. So, for the period of STU received 382 treatment (10 complaints, 372 applications) on the e-mail address, and 339 complaints (28 complaints, 309 applications, 2 offers) via the website STU a Web-server FTS of Russia.
– In General, the topics of the questions that were asked by the citizens, remained: on receipt of clarification on issues of customs clearance of goods and means of transport, tracing of parcels and employment, – said head of Department of documentary maintenance of STU Alla Ryzhkova.
The leadership of STU measures are taken for timely and competent consideration of appeals of citizens. All appeals are considered within the deadline.
