The Declaration for vehicles imported by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, adopt Excise specialized customs post

Far Eastern customs administration informs: July 2, 2020 vehicle and the vehicle declared in the Excise specialized customs post of the Central excise customs (the electronic Declaration Center). The new order applies only to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

According to acting chief of Department of customs procedures and customs control of the far Eastern customs administration Irina Shestopalov, the customs authorities of the Far East has stopped receiving and registration of declarations for excisable and other commodities. Including vehicles and self-propelled vehicles imported by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The customs of the Far East, as before, exercised actual control and temporary storage of such goods, and also issue passports of vehicles (PTS), passport self-propelled machines (PSM) and passports of chassis of vehicles (PSTS). For individuals, the procedure of declaring of such goods remained the same.

The new order Declaration of a number of excise and other goods, including vehicles and self-propelled machines, reglementary the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation from 18.02.2020 No. 27н “About competence of customs authorities for the Commission of certain customs operations and specific functions in relation to the goods”.

Customs authorities in the region activities which are of special (free) economic zones, equivalent territories of priority socio-economic development or the free port is entitled to receive and register the Declaration for imported/exported goods specified in appendices N 3 and N 5 to this order.
