“When moving cultural values through customs border in international mail, special permission from the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation must be placed inside the parcel. Over the past year we have prevented 4 attempts of forwarding cultural values,” – said the head of the customs office Koltsovo Airport (email) Victor Shatalov.
