Tatarstan customs: from 24 July 2020 statistical form of the account of goods in mutual trade with EAEU countries are accepted in electronic form

Tatarstan customs notifies the traders that from 24 July 2020 comes into force RF Government Decree dated June 19, 2020 n 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from December 7, 2015 № 1329” (hereinafter the Resolution). According to paragraph 8 of the Resolution “the Statistical form is submitted to the customs authority in the form of an electronic document signed with a qualified electronic signature, via personal Cabinet”. The resolution eliminates the submission of statistical forms on paper.

For the first half of 2020 Tatarstan customs registered a 13-030 statistical forms of the account of movement of goods. For failure to submit or the untimely submission to customs authorities of statistical forms drawn up 321, the Protocol on administrative offense under article 19.7.13 administrative code.

According to the chief of Department of customs statistics of Tatarstan customs Svetlana Shigaeva, the number of offenses related to the violation of deadlines for the submission and non-submission of statistical forms, decreases.

Is the result of purposeful work of Tatarstan customs for informing interested persons, – says Svetlana Shigaeva. –as well as close interaction with the Inspectorate of Federal tax service of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The statistical form is submitted to the customs authority in the region of the applicant consists on the account in tax body in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees, not later than the 10th working day of the month following the month in which the goods are shipped from the warehouse or receiving items at the warehouse.

Establishes administrative liability for failure to submit, late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods and for the submission of statistical forms containing inaccurate information (section 19.7.13 administrative code).

Article 19.7.13 administrative code, the fine for officials in the amount from 10 thousand to 15 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 20 thousand to 50 thousand rubles.

For repeated violation – a fine for officials in the amount from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles; on legal entities – from 50 thousand to 100 thousand rubles.
