Novorossiysk Customs recognized as the best customs in southern Russia

Novorossiysk Customs transferred a record amount of more than 497.2 billion rubles to the federal budget in 2023

According to the results of work in 2023, Novorossiysk Customs was recognized as the winner in two nominations of the annual competition for the title of the best teams of customs authorities in the region, held by the Southern Customs Directorate. Novorossiysk Customs won first place in the Best Customs Team of Actual Control nomination. The Novorossiysk Customs Post (EDC) of Novorossiysk Customs became the leader in the Best Customs Post (Electronic Declaration Center) category. In addition, the Novorossiysk Central Customs Post was awarded second place in the nomination “Best team of a customs post at a checkpoint other than an automobile checkpoint

When determining the best teams, the organizing committee of the competition took into account the results of work in various areas of activity: filling the federal budget, customs control, law enforcement, organization of work to combat corruption, judicial practice, as well as the level of professionalism of officials, the state of service and labor discipline, sports, mass and cultural-educational work.
