Customs posts of Krasnodar Customs are the best in the south of Russia!

The Southern Customs Directorate summarized the results of the annual competition for the best team of customs authorities in the region. In determining the best teams, the organizing committee of the competition took into account the results of work in various areas of activity: filling the federal budget, customs control, law enforcement, organization of work to combat corruption, judicial practice, as well as the level of professionalism of officials, the state of service and work discipline. According to the results of 2023 in two nominations posts Krasnodar Customs took first place in two categories: customs post MAPP Adler – in the category “The best team of the customs post in the automobile checkpoint”, customs post Airport Sochi – in the category “The best team of the customs post in a different from the automobile checkpoint
The closure of airspace in the south of Russia has led to the accumulation of flows of individuals at Sochi Airport and on the border with the Republic of Abkhazia. In 2023, the customs checkpoints of IACP Adler and Sochi Airport recorded record performance in terms of the number of individuals and vehicles processed. During the year, about 13 million individuals passed through the Adler IACP checkpoint and over 2.7 million vehicles were cleared. Sochi International Airport serves as a major transportation hub for passengers. Last year the number of international flights increased by 40%. More than 26 thousand aircraft and 1.2 million passengers were registered
