Smolensk customs officers took part in a round table with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the region

Smolensk customs officers took part in the round table «New challenges and opportunities for exports in 2024» organized by the Export Support Center of the Smolensk region with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in the region engaged in export activities.
Customs officers told about the interaction with exporters  of the region within the framework of working meetings, meetings of the Advisory Council under the Central Customs Administration. They drew the attention of the meeting participants to the possibilities of the service «Personal Cabinet» and the portal «Gosusgoservices», hotline and urged to use them more widely. The main violations of customs legislation and mistakes made by exporters in carrying out their activities, including in the framework of mutual trade with the EAEU countries, when filing complaints, when requesting state services for counseling, and gave recommendations on how to avoid them.
Representatives of the Russian Export Center and the Export Support Center of the Smolensk region made presentations on issues related to the mechanisms of state support for exports and imports, international adaptation and international promotion of companies, e-commerce and services, export acceleration, summarized the results of work in the past year and spoke about plans for 2024.
