Customs officers stopped the car with fuel near the checkpoint “Odesskoye” in the Omsk region. A Russian citizen was trying to export winter diesel fuel to Kazakhstan in violation of the temporary export ban imposed by the Russian Federation on this type of goods
An inspection of the cargo compartment of the vehicle revealed canisters with transparent liquid. According to the driver’s explanation, the canisters contained winter diesel fuel worth about 25 thousand rubles
