Siberian ice cream is most in demand in Kazakhstan, Mongolia and China (about 86% of all exports), with shipments of frozen treats to China growing 11.8 times compared to the same period last year. In addition to the regular partners, including Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Abkhazia, the geography of ice cream supplies this year was enriched with new countries – Uzbekistan and South Ossetia

The main share (65%) of all commercial shipments of ice cream and fruit ice from Siberia for export is sent by entrepreneurs of the Novosibirsk and Omsk regions, also in the top three are participants of foreign economic activity of the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass. In addition, since the end of last year, Altai ice cream producers have entered the foreign market
