“On the fact of non-compliance with prohibitions and restrictions on the importation of these goods, Irkutsk Customs initiated a case of administrative offense under Article 16.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The final decision regarding the offender will be made by the court,” explained Nikolai Kornakov, acting head of Bratsk customs post of Irkutsk customs
