Saratov customs will inform: statistical forms only in electronic form

24 Jul 2020 comes into effect the Decree of the RF Government dated 19.06.2020 N 891 “On the order statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the Eurasian economic Union and a recognition become invalid for decrees of the Government of the Russian Federation from December 7, 2015 1329 N” (document published on the Official Internet portal of legal information http://www.pravo.gov.ru – 23.06.2020).

The decree introduced a number of additions and changes to Rules of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with member States of the EEU. One of them :

the statistical form is submitted to the customs authority only in the form of an electronic documentsigned by the strengthened qualified electronic signature through a personal account of the participant of foreign trade activities on the website of the FCS of Russia (www.customs.ru).

Information about obtaining a certificate of electronic signature key and a list of trusted certification authorities issuing key certificates of electronic signature placed on the website of the Departmental certification authority of the customs bodies http://vuc.customs.ru in the section “instructions for the issuance of certificates of keys of electronic signature”.

Saratov customs drew attention to the mandatory and timely provision of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods. Article 19.7.13 administrative code “Failure to submit or late submission to the customs authorities of statistical forms of the account of movement of goods” provides for traders administrative fines from 20 to 50 thousand rubles.
