Saratov customs informs traders about the application of technology auto-enrollment and autopause electronic transit declarations

Currently, the possibility of automatic registration of electronic transit declarations is available in all Russian customs authorities with competence in the performance of customs operations involving the placement of goods under the customs procedure of customs transit, regardless of mode of transport.

From December 2019, the Federal customs service launched the process of implementation in the customs bodies of the algorithm for automatic production of electronic transit declarations (ETD). From may 2020 in the list of customs bodies in which is implemented the technology of automatic release of ETD, included Engels of the Saratov customs post customs.

For the successful implementation of technology autopause electronic transit Declaration should:

– the automatic check;

– instructions in a formalized type of transport document, presented in electronic form and are applied to ETD, information about the code of the customs body of destination and the place of delivery of goods.

Application of technology of automatic registration and automatic issuance of permits to significantly reduce the time of customs operations when goods are placed under the customs procedure of customs transit, which have a positive impact on foreign trade.
