Saratov customs informs about the concentration Declaration of goods in the Centers of electronic Declaration

Currently, in the framework of the reform of system of customs bodies of the Russian Federation are the activities aimed at gradual concentrations of Declaration of goods in the Centers of electronic Declaration (hereinafter, EDC) all returns filed in electronic form.

Currently, CED is already the Declaration of goods in accordance with customs procedures of release for domestic consumption and export (except for goods that require permits).

The transition to the Declaration in the CED of goods in accordance with the terms of the other customs procedures assume in the following terms:

– transfer in full to the supply to the CED declarations for the goods in accordance with conditions of customs procedures such as temporary importation (admission), re-import, re-export, customs warehouse, temporary import, free trade, it is important to produce 20.02.2020;

– transfer in full to the supply to the CED of the Declaration of goods in accordance with the terms of such customs procedures like processing in the customs territory outside the customs territory, processing for internal consumption, it is important to produce 20.03.2020.

Of the Declaration of goods in accordance with customs procedures of free customs zone, destruction, refusal in favor of the state will be required to submit to the EDC after the adoption of the FCS of Russia of decisions on the amendment of the relevant normative-legal acts.

Filing of goods declarations to the customs posts of actual control is provided only in case of establishment of customs (customs post), the actual control of the jurisdiction in respect of certain categories of goods.

The Saratov customs and subordinate customs offices as the customs actual control remains the purview of only the Commission of customs operations in respect of goods, the movement of which is accompanied by the presentation of the licenses of the Federal service.
