Samara customs informs about the change in legislation associated with the removal from April 30, 2020, a temporary ban on export from Russia and a ban on the export from the customs territory of the EAEU of means of individual protection, protective and disinfectants, medical products and other goods listed in section 1.10 of the Annex 1 to the Decision of the EEC Board of 21.04.2015 №30 “About measures of non-tariff regulation”. The measure will apply from 5 April to 30 September 2020.

Customs also reminds about the possibility of exemption from payment of import customs duties in respect of goods imported to the EEU to combat the spread of coronavirus infection (7.1.32 subparagraph of paragraph 7 of Decision of the cu Commission dated 27.11.2009 No. 130), in the case of providing the customs authority of a document confirming the purpose of imported goods, issued by the Ministry of health or Ministry of industry and trade or by the authorized Executive body of state power of the region.

Also imported and sold in Russia of medical products (section V of the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30 September 2015 No. 1042) are exempt from VAT, if confirmed, purpose of product document issued by the authorized Executive body of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

Privileges on payment of import customs duty and VAT is subject to registration of the goods Declaration for placing them under the customs procedure of release for domestic consumption until September 30, 2020.
