Ruslan Davydov and the world Bank delegation visited CED Moscow regional customs

12 February 2020, first Deputy head of the FCS of Russia Ruslan Davydov and the world Bank representatives headed by Vice-President of the world Bank for Europe and Central Asia Cyril Muller, and the Director and permanent representative of world Bank in Russia Renault Seligmann visited the Center for electronic Declaration of the Moscow regional customs office (ILO).

Ruslan Davydov stressed that CED ILO works exclusively with electronic documents. While the actual control of the goods held at customs posts. In 2019 the ILO Cade were issued more than 540 thousand returns filed nearly 22 thousand traders. Average time of registration of declarations during the year has decreased almost five times from 25 to 6 minutes. The average time of release has decreased more than two times from 10 hours to 4 hours.
